SURPAT® SANDED PATRIOT

Three-layer PTFE membrane SURPAT® SANDED PATRIOT was tested according to the requirements for MIL-DTL-31011B with infra-red finishing (NIR).
Three-layer PTFE membrane SURPAT® SANDED PATRIOT was tested according to the requirements for MIL-DTL-31011B with infra-red finishing (NIR). External material nylon with Teflon coating, not rustling, not wettable, PTFE membrane and protective mesh from the inside. Today it is the best, high quality and most expensive membrane used for special forces. Similar material but of a different color is used in the USMC.

The membrane is a very thin layer of foamed polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). It contains more than 1.4 billion pores per square centimeter. It is these pores that give the fabric its properties.

Three-layer construction.
The membrane fabric SURPAT® SANDED PATRIOT consists of three layers:
The 1st outer layer - nylon with Teflon coating. This layer of Teflon coated does not rustle when moving and is not wetted.
The 2nd layer - PTFE membrane.
The third inner layer is a protective mesh that protects the membrane and increases the breaking strength of the fabric.

In this construction, in contrast to the two-layer, the membrane is laminated together with both the outer fabric layer and the lining. Advantage: the layers of fabric do not rub between each other, thereby reducing wear and increasing strength.

Each stitch in the seam is a potential leak. Therefore, for maximum water resistance, we use the seam sealing tape. Each seam in clothing is sealed by our specialists using PFAFF machinery.

Guaranteed - limited warranty applies to all goods of our manufacture. We guarantee the quality of materials and work.
